pak07 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. pak07 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pak07 will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pak07 support immediately via live chat.
pak07 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the odds are locked. pak07 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the permitted period, or where the published odds contained a manifest error.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, and other sports. In-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion, and pak07 may suspend markets at any time without prior notice, including during live events.

pak07 is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnections, power outages, device failures, or other technical issues outside of the platform's control. In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a game, pak07 will review the situation and apply a fair resolution at its discretion, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the stake to the player's account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak07 and constitute a material breach of this Agreement. pak07 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in the following conduct, and to void any winnings associated with such activity:
All content on the pak07 platform — including but not limited to the pak07 logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the exclusive property of pak07 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the pak07 platform without prior written authorisation from pak07. Scraping of odds data, player data, or any other platform data by automated means is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak07 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
pak07's aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pak07 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access to the platform. pak07 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.
